Aim: to confirm factors that influence individual to use SMS applications for public services

Who should complete this survey: anyone who has used an SMS application for public services, such as sending opinion/complain to government via SMS, reporting a crime to police via SMS, receiving SMS notification about an emergency situation, asking for a bus time table via SMS, or paying bills/tax via SMS.
